# Atlantis Roadmap

While many chains are now crowded with fragmented protocols, Sonic presented a an opportunity to rethink how DeFi infrastructure should work. We saw the gap early: most launchpads fundraise in isolation and then push projects to list elsewhere, scattering liquidity and community along the way.

Atlantis was built to solve this by design. By combining a high-performance DEX powered by Algebra Integral v4 and a native launchpad under one roof, we’ve created an end-to-end ecosystem where every step feeds value back into the protocol and its users. This unified approach gives us a clear advantage: fewer frictions, stronger incentives, and sustainable growth for all participants.

As we continue building, our vision is to establish Atlantis as the core infrastructure powering Sonic's DeFi landscape. And our 2025 roadmap reflects that ambition.

### **Phase 0:  ( Q4 2024 - Q1 2025 )**

During this quarter, the project was conceptualized, the core team assembled, and development began on Atlantis,the first truly integrated Launchpad + DEX on Sonic.

### **Phase 1: Q1 2025**

In this phase, we focus on delivering the protocol's core infrastructure and introducing Atlantis to the public. The goal is to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience across the entire ecosystem from day one.

* Initial KOL onboarding and marketing campaign
* Testnet release of the Atlantis App

### **Phase 2: Q2 2025**&#x20;

This quarter is about scaling the ecosystem. We'll submit the Sonic FeeM application, complete a comprehensive audit, and introduce $AQUA to the public through our in-house Farming Fair Launch.

The rollout of V3 Pools via our partnership with Algebra will introduce concentrated liquidity, boosting capital efficiency.\
We’ll also establish the Atlantis Council, bring Treasures online, and onboard our first launchpad projects.

### **Phase 3: Q3 2025**&#x20;

With our core features in place, we shift toward strengthening community control and deepening project integrations.\
The $xAQUA dashboard will launch to give users full transparency over holdings, vesting, and rewards. We’ll also roll out community voting and implement cross-launch liquidity, enabling new projects to bootstrap liquidity directly through Atlantis.

### **Phase 4: Q4 2025**&#x20;

In our final roadmap phase for 2025, we evolve Atlantis further. Launchpad V2 will introduce on-chain project scoring and AI-assisted due diligence.\
We’ll deploy modular launch structures tailored to DeFi, GameFi, and NFT projects, and introduce perpetuals trading to expand the DEX offering.\
Lastly, we'll refine emissions to ensure sustainable $xAQUA rewards.
